Terms of Use

Welcome to the DuRT application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). This agreement is established between DuDuFuture (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer") and you (hereinafter referred to as "the User"). This agreement outlines the rights and obligations of the User when using the Application. Please read this agreement carefully before using the Application. By using the Application, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

1. Usage Restrictions​

The User is authorized to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from DuRT for personal, non-commercial, and temporary viewing purposes only. This is a license grant, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, the User may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purposes or any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in DuRT or on the DuDuFuture website;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

If the User violates any of these restrictions, this license will automatically terminate. The Developer may terminate this license at any time. Upon termination of the license, the User must destroy any downloaded materials in their possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

2. Disclaimer​

The materials provided on the DuDuFuture website and in DuRT are offered "as is." The Developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights. The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, expected results, or reliability of the materials on the website, in DuRT, or on any linked sites.

3. Limitation of Liability​

In no event shall DuDuFuture or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use DuRT or the materials on its website, even if DuDuFuture has been notified of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental or consequential damages; these limitations may not apply to you.

4. Accuracy of Materials​

The materials appearing on the DuDuFuture website and in DuRT may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Developer does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. The Developer may make changes to the materials at any time without notice but does not commit to updating the materials.

5. Service Liability​

To the extent permitted by law, DuDuFuture shall not be responsible for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The Developer’s total liability shall be limited to the fees paid by the User for using DuRT.

6. Modifications​

DuDuFuture may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using DuRT or the website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.

7. Governing Law​

This agreement is governed by the laws of the User's location. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to the court where the Developer is located.

This agreement is effective from the first time the User downloads and uses the Application. The Developer reserves the final right of interpretation for the content of this agreement.
