1. License Grant
DuDuFuture grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DuRT on compatible Apple hardware in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Responsible Use & Third-Party Content
- You are solely responsible for all audio content, recordings, and text processed through DuRT.
- You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding copyright, intellectual property, and privacy when recording or transcribing conversations, meetings, or third-party media.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
DuRT is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Speech recognition accuracy and LLM outputs are subject to algorithmic variance and audio clarity.
4. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of DuRT constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
