Dual Delivery Experience: Automated Pipeline vs Manual Sheet

1. Automated Workflow Delivery (ExportArtifact Step)

In the DuRT AI Workflow editor, append the ExportArtifact step to your pipeline:

  • Select one or more target delivery destinations (e.g. sync to Notion database while notifying a Slack channel).
  • When recording finishes, DuRT automatically runs transcription, proofreading, summary generation, and broadcasts the artifacts in parallel.

2. Studio Manual One-Click Delivery

If you prefer reviewing notes before dispatching:

  • Open any completed session in Studio.
  • Click the Delivery icon on the top-right toolbar.
  • Check the accounts you want to send to, choose content depth (Summary Only, Full Document, or Transcript Preview), and click Dispatch.

Security & Local Privacy Guarantees

IMPORTANT

  • Zero Cloud Intermediary: All credentials (tokens, secrets, passwords) are encrypted in your local macOS sandbox.
  • Direct Connection: Requests originate directly from your Mac to official endpoints (api.notion.com, hooks.slack.com, your private SMTP server, etc.). No data ever traverses DuRT proprietary proxy servers.
  • Offline Local Channels: Obsidian notes are written locally to your disk with zero network transmission.
