DingTalk Bot Webhook Configuration Guide

Connecting DuRT with DingTalk allows your team to receive automated meeting summaries, decisions, and action items in your DingTalk collaboration group as soon as a meeting concludes.

Step 1: Create a Custom Bot in DingTalk

1. Open DingTalk on your Mac or PC, and navigate to the target group.
2. Click Group Settings -> Group Assistant / Smart Bot -> Add Bot.
3. Select Custom (Webhook) and click Add.
4. Set the bot's name (e.g. DuRT Assistant).
5. Under Security Settings, check Sign (加签).
6. Copy the displayed Secret key (starts with SEC...).
7. Accept terms and click Finish.
8. Copy the generated Webhook URL (e.g. https://oapi.dingtalk.com/robot/send?access_token=...).

Step 2: Configure DuRT

1. Open DuRT, go to Settings -> Integrations & Delivery.
2. Click + Add Account -> DingTalk.
3. Fill in:
   • Account Name: e.g. Product Team DingTalk.
   • Webhook URL: Paste the full Webhook URL.
   • Sign Secret: Paste the SEC... secret key.
   • Content Preferences: Select summary, action items, or transcript.
4. Click Save.
