Email (SMTP) Business Dispatch Configuration Guide
For formal executive meetings, cross-organizational projects, or client debriefs, Email remains the most authoritative and archivable medium.
DuRT features a native direct SMTP client powered by Apple's Network.framework. With direct STARTTLS and SSL encryption, it dispatches responsive HTML meeting digests directly to attendees' inboxes with zero cloud relay.
Key Features
- Direct Native Connection: Connects straight to your mail server (QQ, Gmail, Outlook, 163, Exchange, private SMTP). No third-party email routing.
- Responsive HTML Template: Renders executive summary cards, action item checklists, and transcript highlights cleanly across mobile and desktop mail clients.
- Multiple Recipients: Comma-separated list for batch emailing all stakeholders.
