Integrating DuRT with Notion allows you to turn speech recordings and AI-generated meeting summaries into structured, searchable database entries inside your team or personal Notion workspace.

Step 1: Create an Internal Integration and Get Your Secret Token

1. Go to Notion's Integration Portal: https://www.notion.so/my-integrations.
2. Click + New integration.
3. Fill in basic details:
   • Name: e.g. DuRT Sync.
   • Associated workspace: Select the workspace where you want to store your notes.
   • Type: Keep default Internal.
4. Under Capabilities, verify that Read content, Update content, and Insert content are checked.
5. Click Submit.
6. Under Internal Integration Secret, click Show and then Copy (starts with ntn_... or secret_...).

Step 2: Grant Integration Access and Find the Database ID

In Notion's security model, an Integration cannot access any database until you explicitly share that database with it.

1. Connect the Integration to Your Database

1. Open your target Notion Database page.
2. Click the ... menu (or Share button) in the top-right corner.
3. Scroll down to Connect to or Add connections.
4. Search for DuRT Sync and confirm.

2. Copy the 32-character Database ID

Look at the database URL in your browser:

Copy the 32-character alphanumeric string between myworkspace/ and ?v=.

Step 3: Configure DuRT

1. In DuRT, open Settings -> Integrations & Delivery.
2. Click + Add Account at the bottom-left and select Notion.
3. Fill in:
   • Account Name: e.g. Team Notion Workspace.
   • API Token / Secret: Paste your ntn_... token.
   • Database ID: Paste your 32-character database ID.
   • Content Preferences: Check Summary, Action Items, or Full Transcript.
4. Click Save and ensure the account toggle is enabled.

Step 4: Dispatch Artifacts

• Automated Workflow: Add the ExportArtifact step to your AI workflow and check Notion.
• Studio Manual Delivery: In any completed session, click the Delivery icon on the top-right toolbar and select Notion. Click Dispatch to sync instantly.
