Task Assets Hub & Multi-Format Delivery
The Task Assets Hub (TaskAssetsHub) is DuRT's centralized asset repository, allowing you to manage, inspect, search, and export all generated files from your transcription and AI pipelines.

1. Centralized Asset Management
Every workflow run produces structured artifacts. The Assets Hub organizes these systematically:
- Filter by Workspace & Tags: Quickly locate past client projects, podcast episodes, or lecture notes.
- Unified Preview: Preview subtitle files, generated TTS audio tracks, and summary Markdown documents directly in-app.
- Storage Hygiene: View disk usage per project, with one-click cleanup of intermediate temporary WAV files while keeping final deliverables intact.
2. Universal Export Formats
DuRT supports standard industry formats for professional video editing, web streaming, and developer integrations:
| Format | Extension | Typical Application |
|---|---|---|
| SubRip Subtitle | .srt | Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, VLC |
| Web Video Text Tracks | .vtt | HTML5 <video>, Safari, YouTube, Vimeo, web video players |
| Structured JSON | .json | Detailed millisecond word-level timing, speaker tags, and automation |
| Plain Text | .txt | Raw unformatted reading and quick copy-pasting |
| Markdown Document | .md | Meeting minutes, Notion notes, and Obsidian vaults |
| Synthesized Audio | .mp3 / .m4a | AI voiceover tracks and translated audio dubs |
3. Automated Pipeline Delivery
Beyond manual exporting, DuRT features an Automated Delivery Pipeline (PipelineDelivery):
- Cloud & Knowledge Base Sync: Automatically push generated Markdown notes into your Notion Database or Obsidian Local Vault upon task completion.
- Enterprise Bot Notifications: Send instant meeting summaries and task status directly to Feishu (Lark), DingTalk, WeCom, or Slack.
- Custom HTTP Webhooks: POST complete JSON payloads to your own backend server or automation workflows (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier).
